  Located in NJ and needed to have something picked up from a warehouse nearby and shipped to Brooklyn. The owner picked up the product, boxed it, and shipped it! Amazing store and extremely grateful for the efforts to provide this amazing customer service.

  Needed to ship a guitar and I didnt have a proper box to ship so I figured I would stop here to buy one and ship it. I told the gentleman who seems to have aspirations to have hair like Steven Tyler that I would need a box to ship this guitar. I told him I was not intrested in paying $30 dollars for them to put my item in a box and he replied with well you can't package it in the store.... He went to finish up a transaction that was taking place before I entered store and eventually a different woman asked what she could help with? I repied I really need a box to ship this guitar and I will leave this store package it in the parking lot and bring it back in to ship it. She replied with alright that will be $26.... for a box. My recommendation is to go to staples right down the road for much better customer service and value.
